Ice detains superintendent of Iowa's largest school district  —  Ian Roberts has said he was raised by Guyanese immigrant parents in Brooklyn, and DHS claims he had ‘no work authorization’  —  US Immigration Customs Enforcement (Ice) have detained the superintendent of Iowa's largest school district.
